A well-equipped, detached, 2-bedroom holiday chalet, situated just beyond Mumbles Head with easy access to the Gower Peninsula. There are lovely sea views over Swansea Bay, which can be enjoyed from the lounge, bedroom and patio. 

The seafront and coastal path is just 150 metres away with Fortes Ice Cream Parlour being the first 'Pit Stop'; enjoy an ice-cream or cappuccino before deciding whether to take the coastal path to Rotherslade (20 min walk) with its breath-taking scenery, or head for the lighthouse and Mumbles promenade which stretches the length of Swansea Bay.

The popular cliff top Castellamare Italian restaurant and cafe, with its views over Bracelet Bay is the next stop towards the lighthouse. Limeslade is a popular location for small families and those wishing to be within easy walking distance of Mumbles Pier and the promenade. The beaches of Langland and Caswell are a 5 minute drive.

Lounge: Sofa, armchair, dining table with 4 chairs, TV and DVD player and a fireplace with electric fire.  

Kitchen: Single oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. 

Bedroom 1: Double bed. 

Bedroom 2: 1 single bed with pull out underneath (2ft 6 wide).

Bathroom: 3-piece suite with electric shower over the bath.  

External: There is a paved area with seating for 4 to the rear of the property, and a small terrace to the front.

Sleeps 2+2: 1 Double, 1 Single with pull-out bed (2ft 6 beds)

C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Travel cot & highchair on request. Parking for 2 cars. Patio area with garden furniture. No pets. No smoking
