This well-appointed Fisherman's cottage is situated in the old part of Mumbles village. Tucked away from the seafront via a challenging flight of wide sloping steps, the promenade and all its attractions are only moments away. Take a stroll towards the Pier and the Lighthouse, explore the rock pools at Limeslade or for the more adventurous continue along the coastal path to the beautiful bay of Rotherslade. 

Access to Mumbles Hill with its' amazing panoramic views of the bay and picnic area is nearby although a fit pair of legs will be needed to reach the top.

Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, larder fridge freezer and washing machine. French doors open onto a paved rear patio. 

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed and chest of drawers with partial views over Swansea Bay.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds.

Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite with a shower operated from the bath taps.

External: To the rear there is a courtyard garden with garden furniture. 

Sleeps 4: 1 Double, 1 Twin

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. iPod dock. Pedestrian access only. Small rear patio with garden furniture. Pets accepted. Smoking allowed

Note: Cottage is accessed via 37 large steps so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
