Reception: Two 3-seat sofas, a 42-inch Plasma TV, and PlayStation 3 (which plays DVD's).

Dining Room: 8 comfortably and is accessed from both the hall and kitchen.

Reception 2: Sofa bed providing additional sleeping for 1-2 persons and a wall-mounted TV.

Master Bedroom: King size bed with wardrobes and en suite wet room and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds.

Bedroom 4: Single bed with a pull-out bed.

Bathroom: Bath and over bath shower, WC and shaver point.

External: The front garden has a driveway with parking for 2 or 3 cars, plus there's a large, sunny aspect rear garden with raised decked area and outdoor dining furniture. A double garage provides safe storage for bikes and beach items.

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided (NOT for the sofa bed) WiFi. Travel cot & highchair available. Large private garden & patio with garden furniture. Garage & parking for 2-3 cars. Pets accepted. No smoking
