A modern bungalow in an elevated position with wonderful views over the Teifi Estuary and Cardigan coastline, perfect for extended family or two families holidaying together.

Sealands is a single storey property in an elevated position, looking out over the Teifi Estuary and coastline of Cardigan Bay, with spectacular views of the estuary and the sea. This is a perfect area for dolphin and seal spotting. There is an estuary beach within quarter of a mile and excellent sandy beaches at Poppit Sands and Mwnt, each just 5 miles away. The bungalow is on the outskirts of the village of Gwbert-on-Sea, just two miles north of Cardigan. It is an excellent location for water based activities, including sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, coasteering and general boating.

Sealands will comfortably accommodate two families, or extended family, in four bedrooms, but with a maximum of six adults. Heating is by electric radiators and woodburning stove, with hot water from solar panels. The bungalow is a new build, with excellent insulation and double glazing. The accommodation comprises:

Living Room: with comfortable seating, flatscreen Freeview TV with DVD player and woodburning stove; initial basket of logs provided; books and games; dining table and six chairs, extends to seat ten, with four additional stools available.

Kitchen: with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Hallway: with cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a king size bed; hairdryer.

Bedroom 3: with twin beds and a sofabed suitable for a child.

Bedroom 4: with bunk beds, single over double.

Bathroom: Bath with power shower over, WC, basin.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC, basin.

Outside: The property stands in sloping, grassed grounds, with a patio, barbecue and garden furniture. From the road, there is plenty of parking space for cars and boats at the bottom of the garden, but a car can be taken up the slope to the house for ease of access and unloading. Please note that there is a static caravan behind the bungalow, with its own private garden, only occasionally used by the owners, but with shared use of the parking area and driveway.

Sealands is situated on the Wales Coast path, with lovely coastal walks around Cardigan Bay. There are canoe trips nearby on the River Teifi and boat trips for dolphin and seal spotting. Cardigan Bay Active is an excellent centre for watersports, just a couple of miles away. Surfing at Poppit Sands and Llangrannog. Boats can be launched from the public slipway at Teifi Boating Club, just across the road, which also has a weekend bar. The village of Gwbert, 0.8 mile, has two hotels with public bars, one also with spa facilities. Cardigan Golf Club is just over a mile away and the Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, 1.5 miles. Cardigan has an entertainment centre, with theatre, cinema and art gallery, and a leisure centre complex with swimming pool. There is also Cardigan Castle and an excellent range of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. This is an excellent location for a fun filled family holiday for all ages and interests!
