Gorgeous West Wales cottage with large gardens and set in a 100 acres of farmland in glorious countryside. Y Fro is the ideal place for a family break or for a group of friends. With excellent walking, cycling and fishing nearby the coast is only a short drive away, with many stunning beaches and the famous dolphins of Cardigan Bay. The large enclosed rear garden is also perfect for children.

Stylish fully equipped kitchen with aga, electric cooker, gas hob, toaster, microwave, large fridge with 1 freezer compartment. Island with bar stools, table and chairs , TV and sofa.
Cosy lounge with seating for 6. TV and DVD.
Dining room includes seating for 6.
Shower room with wc, sink and large shower unit.
Utility room, with sink and washing machine / dryer

Large side and rear gardens, and another large garden area off main garden. 14' trampoline in the garden. Front lawn area is shared with adjoining farmhouse. BBQ, bench and water feature.
Additional Information

  • Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, home-made cakes and biscuits. Let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion and we will also include an extra surprise in your welcome pack.

  • Bed linen and towels provided.

  • Electricity & central heating included.

  • This property has a £150 good housekeeping refundable bond, which is payable to Wales Cottage Holidays along with the balance of your holiday. Alternatively, you can waiver this bond by paying a non-refundable fee of £5 per person instead.

  • High chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

  • Wi-fi available.

  • The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs, new dishcloths and scourers, tin foil and cling film. Bathroom: liquid hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.

  • Supermarket deliveries available to the cottage but there's also plenty of shops in the nearby towns of Tregaron and Lampeter, if you wish to shop locally.

  • No smoking inside and no pets.

  • Secure bike storage.

      Beautiful house - stunning outside and lovely inside. Comfortable and spacious - gorgeous period detail and a lobmeg atmosphere. Kids loved the gardens and seeing the friendly cows in the next field - the trampoline went down well too! A lovely surprise. We enjoyed the gorgeous weather sitting around the outside table. Loved our stay and would come again. It's a beautiful, peaceful house in a lovely part of Wales. Ideal for visiting the surrounding area - Tregaron, Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Devils Bridge etc or just having a getaway from everything - so quiet and idyllic.
