Just 10 minutes' walk from the lovely beach and the pub (The Ship) at Tresaith and a short distance away from both Penbryn and Llangrannog beaches. The Cardigan Bay Coastal Path located close at the local beach gives wonderful scenic walks along the coastline to nearby beaches and coves.

This very comfortable semi-detached garden apartment makes a great get away from it all, but close to Cardigan Town giving access to main supermarkets, tourist and entertainment, Aberporth (1.8miles)  the next coastal village provides local shop and additional public houses.

Ground Floor

Entrance into hallway and through to the kitchen / dining room which has a range of fitted units, electric cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave, automatic washing machine and wooden table with seating and stools.

lounge - Bright airy newly converted space, timber floor, feature painted walls, with new stylish sofa and two chairs, flat screen TV and DVD player with storage furniture containing DVD's music centre, books and games, patio door leading to front sun terrace. Open plan to kitchen/dining area.

The shower room is downstairs and has a large shower cubicle with WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and storage room.

bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

bedroom 2 has a new double bed, wardrobe side tables with lamps, and a chair, view over countryside giving glimpses of the sea.

bedroom 3 has a single bed and a children's 2'6" bed, side table and built in wardrobe. All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

spare / dressing room; with chest of drawers and additional hanging space for clothes etc...

Garden and Parking

There is a small patio / courtyard area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ.  At the front of the property is a small Sun Terrace with a table and chairs, Church pew.  There is also a store shed and a small garden area bordered by a stream .

Public footpaths close to the property give access to country paths through dense woodland with abundance of wildlife and wild seasonal wild flowers.

Parking for up to 2 cars.

Other Information

Full gas central heating throughout which will be charged at a flat rate of £20 per week from October to April inclusive.  Please leave your payment at the property.

Electricity is included in the rental.

A standard cot and highchair are available on prior request.

Towels available on request £5 per guest.
