This Aberaeron cottage, with garden views, has a small double bedroom, shower room, kitchen/diner including washing machine & fridge/freezer, and a sitting room with woodburner, Freeview TV, DVD and sofa bed. Oil central heating is run off the owner's system; Wi-Fi. Lovely enclosed, shared rear garden with abundant planting, two small ponds and seating areas. Parking is about 50m away then walk through the garden.
Village shops and two pubs 2 minutes walk and it's just a short walk to the coast path and pebble beach. Walk to Llanrhystud for more sand, or beaches at New Quay (12 miles) with harbour and boat trips for dolphin spotting. NT Llanerchaeron mansion, Strata Florida abbey near Tregaron, walking, nature reserves.

Travel cot and high chair available. The owner is a registered childminder and can offer babysitting services by arrangement.
