This detached, spacious farmhouse with its own private hot tub is located on the owner’s smallholding and overlooks wonderful open countryside and the owner's donkey sanctuary, close to the lively village of Llandysul. Set over three floors, there are four comfortable bedrooms comprising of two super king-size doubles, one benefiting from en-suite facilities, as well as two twin rooms, one of which is on the lower ground floor and also includes an en-suite shower room. There is also a modern and spacious family bathroom, as well as a cloakroom on the lower ground floor, ensuring there are plenty of facilities for all guests. The farmhouse-style dining room is a welcoming place for socialising over a delicious home-prepared meal and features a fantastic traditional Rayburn which can be used as an additional heat source during colder weather. Leading off from the dining room there is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you should need for your self-catering holiday. The sitting room offers beautiful views and has plenty of comfy seating, as well as a delightful woodburner, ideal for getting cosy after a busy day of activities. The farmhouse also has a separate study which includes a corner sofa, a lovely quiet spot to relax with a good book. A lovely wooden veranda wraps around the front and side of the house and leads to two decked areas, both with stunning views, and one boasting a fantastic hot tub which is just perfect for adding that bit of luxury to your holiday and easing away the stresses of daily life. From here, steps lead down to a fully enclosed lawned garden, ideal for your four-legged friends to safely run and play whilst you sit and relax on the decking. There are plenty of walks from your doorstep, taking you through beautiful countryside, while local working mills and an array of castles can be discovered in the area. With the coastlines of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire within easy reach, this is a superb base for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.

Llandysul is a village with a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, and even its own canoeing club. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. Boat trips to spot dolphins, white water rafting or a trip on a steam railway may appeal or perhaps a day out to explore all the historic castles, mills and gardens open for you to enjoy.
