This superb retreat comes within striking distance to the village of Cenarth with its majestic waterfall and superb amenities, offering a tranquil base for a family looking to explore this pretty part of Carmarthenshire. Be welcomed into a spacious sitting/dining room, where you and your loved ones can curl up on the plush sofa and tune into the TV, before gathering around the dining table to tuck into a delicious home-cooked meal that was prepared within the amply equipped kitchen. There are three well-presented bedrooms at Torwood 2, comprising of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit any group. If you are visiting during the summer months, spend a moment or two soaking up the sun on the veranda with a refreshing drink in hand, whilst your dog’s stretch their legs on the lawn area. Alternatively, make the most of the superb on-site facilities, including a heated open-air swimming pool and a bar with WiFi. Head outside to sit on the decked area that wraps around the lodge on a lovely summers evening with a drink to soak up the woodland surroundings and listen to the abundance of wildlife. To keep you and your loved ones busy whilst staying here, venture into the village of Cenarth which is an excellent spot for salmon and sea trout, and the famous Cenarth Falls offer a delightful stroll and a superb picnic spot. Within close reach is the market town of Newcastle-Emlyn, where you will be delighted by the selection of amenities and the ruins of the medieval castle to explore. If you are feeling more adventurous, head to the coast where you can spend the day at the beach of Aberporth or go dolphin spotting from Cemaes Head. At any time of the year, Torwood 2 promises to a refreshing getaway for the whole family.

Cenarth is located on the River Teifi, within the county of Carmarthenshire. Within the village you will find the Coracle Museum, tea rooms, gift shops or pubs, as well as a waterfall with a magnitude of walks. Within close reach is the town of New Quay, where you can go dolphin spotting or spend an afternoon at Cilgerran where you can visit The Wildlife Centre to visit badgers, otters, buzzards and deer.
