Ty Ffynnon is a beautiful mid 19th Century welsh stone semi-detached cottage in the village of Mydroilyn near New Quay in West Wales. With substantial living space and modern, comfortable living, this property is perfect for a relaxing family holiday near the West Wales coast. Step through the front door and be welcomed into a delightfully fresh sitting room and dining area complete with bright decor, large comfortable sofas and a woodburning stove set on a feature wall with exposed stone and wooden beams combining the modern with the traditional. The downstairs is complete with a well-furnished, classy kitchen with a traditional range cooker and finished with rustic, well-established cupboards. Walk upstairs and be greeted by rejuvenating, airy rooms including three contemporary, fresh bedrooms with a sense of nautical decor about them. The upstairs is finished off with a stylish family bathroom decorated with modern tiles and flooring. This cottage has a beautiful back garden, a patio with BBQ sits below a raised lawn area and another patio area sits in the top corner surrounded by rockery with table and chairs. This particular property is located 6 miles from the popular Welsh seaside destination of New Quay. A place offering so much, from interesting animals such as dolphins and seals, to all sorts of water sports like sailing, kayaking and wind surfing. Aberaeron sits just 7 miles away from New Quay, another fascinating place with its Georgian multi-coloured buildings and stunning harbour. The popular Welsh places of Cardigan and Aberystwyth sit just 20 and 24 miles away respectively. A tremendous location for a really well designed cottage.

This town is one of the most popular holiday resorts all year round, and it is easy to see why when you stroll along the sea edge and enjoy the views. The range of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs offer all you need, while boat trips are an opportunity to spot the dolphins, seals and other animals and birds that inhabit the bay's sheltering waters. For the hands-on members of your party why not try sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating with expert tuition available? The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls.
