This delightful property is conveniently located in the village of Ciliau Aeron in the pretty Aeron Valley, within easy reach of the picturesque Georgian Harbour Town of Aberaeron, which has a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities to keep the everyone busy.

This property enjoys a quiet rural location in the West Wales countryside, and is perfect for those who enjoy going out into the countryside and enjoying relaxing walks. Four miles to the west of the property is the seaside town of Aberaeron, which not only has a pretty harbour, but also boasts two beaches, as well as a good range of interesting shops and eateries. The whole of Cardigan Bay is a wonderful place to spend a few days exploring, and is not only popular with holidaymakers, but also with bottlenose dolphins who can often be seen from the region s beaches. For those who want to increase their chance of seeing these magical creatures, there are a number of dolphin spotting trips which can be joined from the town of New Quay, which is located just eleven miles from the cottage. It is clearly as soon as guests arrive at this cottage just how much loving attention has been put into creating a restful retreat for holidaymakers. The main lounge is an attractive room with a cosy feel to it, a feature fireplace, and Freeview TV. The dining room can also be used as a second lounge as it not only has a dining table but also a comfortable sofa and armchair which are situated in front of the warming multi fuel stove. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, whilst there is also a sunny seating area to the far end of the room, overlooking the patio. There is also a cloakroom with a WC on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC, as well as three bedrooms. The first of these is a double room which benefits from its own TV/DVD. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a pleasant twin room, whilst the third is a restful single. Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden to the rear of the property which offers a table and chairs from which guests can enjoy the picturesque views over the surrounding fields.
