First off - this cottage certainly has the 'wow' factor! From the moment you arrive you can tell that everything is finished to perfection. It was spotless, and the conversion was of the highest quality. We were more than happy with the equipment provided and were able to cook meals with no trouble. We enjoyed visits to the hot tub (even in November!) and I made the most of the beautiful bath in the stunning main bathroom. The area is quite rural, but we understood that when we booked and had no issues getting groceries - there are shops and petrol stations nearby, and some large supermarkets in Aberystwyth, which was only 25 minutes away. The only teeny tiny feedback we could offer is that the house was actually a little too warm for us, as the thermostat read 22 degrees. This was lovely given the time of year, but it did mean we couldn't put the lovely fire on more than one night as it was just too warm!

Beautifully decorated and well equipped barn conversion. Spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful touches e.g. hamper with local produce, gorgeous smelling handsoap by all the sinks (also made in Wales), printed copies of maps of local area etc. Hot tub was a lovely treat, maybe take a big garden umbrella so you can use even if it rains! Owners live next door, there's an adjoining holiday cottage and a tree house retreat closeby, other than that its just the sheep that are your neighbours. Solar panels are in the field adjacent and supply the cottages. For those with dogs the garden is enclosed but wooden fence and gate at front is quite low, there's a small lawn, and banked area with slate chips and stock fencing. Sheep do come close to the fence, but a good training opportunity! Good local 45min circular walk for mornings before setting out for the day. Sandy beaches within 30mins drive at Newquay towards Cei Bach and Oct-May Penbryn. Stony beaches are about 20mins away. All great for dogs.
