A charming, modern cottage on the outskirts of the seaside village of Aberporth on the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. This end-terrace cottage is a perfect base for families or friends looking to enjoy the benefits of a traditional seaside holiday, with plenty of nearby activities and miles of coastline to explore. From the hallway of the property takes you into a nicely-presented sitting room with a comfy sofa and seating and a good-sized dining table. The kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare good home-cooked meals. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with a family bathroom. From the patio doors in the sitting room takes you to a private patio at the rear of the cottage, which then leads to access to communal lawned grounds; a perfect place for the kids to let off some steam. The Wales Coast Path passes through the thriving village and opens up fabulous walking along sandy beaches such as the National Trust’s Penbryn, rocky coves of Llangrannog and the local fishing village of Tresaith. Close to the beaches of Aberporth, there is a small seaside café, fish and chip shop, and a friendly pub serving good food and drinks, as well as a range of shops and takeaways in the village itself. The cottage is just a short drive from the popular town of Cardigan, full of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Further afield is the popular harbour side town of Aberaeron, with lovely places to eat, and the nearby National Trust’s Llanerchaeron with its traditional working farm. A charming cottage set close to the coastline, within easy access to the local amenities, making it a great place for a family holiday at any time of the year.

Aberporth is a small town that is renowned for it's fabulous beaches that attract visitors, all year round. There are two beaches that sit between the rocky headlands of Trecregyn and Fathgarreg, separated by a smaller rocky outcrop. At high tide, they create individual beaches and create great rock pools for the children to play in and explore. Close to the beaches, there is a small seaside café, a souvenir shop, and a fish and chip shop.
