Located in beautiful countryside within a mile of the scenic village of Devil’s Bridge with its waterfalls, steam train, village cafe and pub/restaurant. And with the seaside town of Aberystwyth just 11 miles away, there is something for everyone in your group to enjoy.

Ground Floor
Kitchen / dining room - Open plan large family farmhouse kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has beautiful sparkling black granite work tops, ceramic hob, Neff oven and grill, large American fridge freezer and dishwasher. Fully equipped including a toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The dining area features a solid oak table for up to 12 guests. Large solid oak side board with countryside views. Wide arched oak beam walk-way between kitchen and dining room.
Utility - The kitchen leads into a spacious utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a large walk-in airing cupboard.
Wet room - Spacious wet room with toilet, wash basin and power shower, right next to the utility.
Lounge - Full of character and featuring arched oak beams spanning the width of the room, the lounge is one of the main attractions of the house. Spacious yet cosy with its large wood burner set in a stone fire place, large TV and 3 sofas seating up to 12. Book shelves full of various books for you to enjoy and a large coffee table.
Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 2: A beautiful and spacious room with a super king bed and French doors leading to the outdoor patio. Wheelchair accessible with ramp.
Upstairs
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 3: Front facing, overlooking two ponds and its wildlife, this is a comfortable and stylish room with a super king and single bed. Built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and an extra view over the village of Devil’s Bridge.
Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 2: Twin beds looking out towards the front of the property with views of the surrounding countryside. Cosy room with bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Sleeps 2: Super king bed with large wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Beautiful views looking out over the two ponds and its wildlife.
Bedroom 5 - Sleeps 3: Ensuite bedroom with super king and single beds. Ensuite includes a toilet and wash basin. A warm and cosy bedroom with built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps.
Modern bathroom with bath, power shower, toilet and mirror over wash basin.
Garden / Grounds
Landscaped garden and 13 acres of private grounds surround this spacious farmhouse - all shared with one other self catering accommodation for large groups on site.
Amongst the facilities on site is a full size football / rugby pitch with combination football/ rugby posts and also table tennis on the patio.
This holiday accommodation for large groups also has access to a Swim Spa Hot Tub for 8 (daylight hours only, availability weather permitting) and picnic tables, plenty of benches dotted around and gas BBQ sets.

Pets welcome - 1 well behaved pet allowed at no extra cost - please keep to ground floor. To be kept on a lead at all times in the grounds. Additional pets possible on request (£25 per pet per stay).

Catering can be arranged on request: Day to day menu @ £4.50 - £6 per guest. Special / evening menu @ £20 per guest. As company policy, groups of friends must be over the age of 21.
