First Floor
Entrance through double glass doors to a large living area with wooden beams, three piece suite (inlcuding single sofa bed), TV with freeview & DVD player and a dining table. This spacious room enjoys a beautiful view over the Mynach Valley.
Compact kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Spacious bedroom with king size bed, also a foldaway bed for another guest.
Bathroom includes traditional bath with shower attachment over, toilet and washbasin.
Garden
Grounds laid to grass, greenhouse and grapevine seating area. Grounds are shared with the three other cottages for 2 on site.

Additional rates if extra guests are staying in the single sofa bed and/or the foldaway single bed: 1 extra guest - £8 a night, 2 extra guests - £16 a night. Bedding and towels will be provided for extra guests.

Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer available to guests within shared Coach House Building.

<strong>A very enjoyable holiday</strong>. The property gave us an excellent base from which to explore the west coast of Wales. Aberystwyth is an excellent town to explore for its history and it's beach. Devils Bridge is worth visiting for the waterfall walk.
