Llys y Dderwen is situated within walking distance of Aberystwyth, which offers a range of amenities such as numerous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries and delicatessens.

Bedroom One - King size bed, ample storage, wall-mounted Smart TV.

Bedroom Two – Sleeps 3 with a double bed and single bed. Storage closet, wall-mounted Smart TV.

En Suite – Shower room with walk in shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.

Family Bathroom – Incorporating bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside Area - Guests have access to shared hot tub, lawned gardens, patio areas and car park.

Llys y Dderwen is situated in the heart of the popular seaside town of Aberystwyth and a 2 minute walk to the famous Victorian Promenade and beach. There are a range of activities on offer in the town including a cinema, recently refurbished museum, arcade and a whole wealth of restaurants, pubs and delicatessens it suit any tastes. There are also a number of popular cycling trails and walking paths including the Wales Coast Path.

Local attractions include: Constitutional Hill and Cliff Railway offering unrivalled views down the Cardigan Coastline. Victorian Pier with arcade, snooker hall and restaurant for that traditional seaside experience. Rheidol Valley Railway running between Aberystwyth and the historic village of Devils Bridge. For those seeking a cultural experience the town houses the Welsh National Library, the biggest library in Wales, holding over 6.5 million books and periodicals, and the largest collections of archives, portraits, maps and photographic images in Wales. There are also a number of art galleries located around the town and a recently refurbished museum.
