The Barn forms part of a collection of holiday cottages situated on the outskirts of the popular coastal town of Aberystwyth. Formerly a working dairy farm the buildings have now been restored and converted into high quality holiday accommodation. The property has a total of 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. Guests have access to a shared hot tub facility and the surroundings grounds, including a children's play area. All of the living accommodation and one bedroom with en suite facilities are located on the ground floor, making this suitable for wheel chair users.

Living Room – Open plan with kitchen, well furnished with ample seating and a flat screen TV, dining area with dining space for 6.

Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen equipped with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and ample food storage and preparation space.

Conservatory - Sitting area with access out to the surrounding grounds.

Bedroom 1 – Ground floor double bedroom with ensuite facilities. Double bed and Single.

Ensuite – Wet room, comprising, shower wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 – A twin bedroom with ensuite facilities.

Ensuite – Shower room with wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 3 – A double bedroom with enuite. Please note this bedroom leads into bedroom 4.

Ensuite – Jacuzzi bath with wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 4 – Leading in from bedroom 4, with double bed.

The Barn is well situated surrounded by idyllic Welsh countryside but benefiting from being a short distance to the amenities of the local popular town of Aberystwyth. Aberystwyth provides a range of attractions including; Constitutional Hill and Cliff Railway offering unrivalled views down the Cardigan Coastline. Victorian Pier with arcade, snooker hall and restaurant for that traditional seaside experience. Rheidol Valley Railway running between Aberystwyth and the historic village of Devils Bridge. For those seeking a cultural experience the town houses the Welsh National Library, the biggest library in Wales, holding over 6.5 million books and periodicals, and the largest collections of archives, portraits, maps and photographic images in Wales. There are also a number of art galleries located around the town and a recently refurbished museum.
