This is in the heart of red kite country with lovely views, on the owners' farm 2 miles from Pumpsaint (pub), between Lampeter and Llandovery, each about 10 miles.
The Pumpsaint cottage has double and twin bedrooms, a shower room and kitchen/living room with hand-crafted pine units and oak dining furniture. Oil central heating, TV/DVD, music centre, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washer/dryer; use of owners' freezer.
Beautifully landscaped enclosed garden with a fountain, patio and barbecue, and access to farm and National Trust land. Dolaucothi Roman gold mines 1 mile, pony trekking, fishing, rspb, 9 miles Llyn Brianne, 40 mins coast at Aberaeron.
