A 40 minute drive takes you to the Gower which is an area of outstanding beauty with beautiful coastlines and beaches. The house is a few minutes from the championship golf courses Machynys Peninsula Golf and Country Club and just 5 miles from the Ashburnham Golf Club. For a spot of history, the 19th century Parc Howard Museum is an excellent choice, along with the historic property of Plas Llanelly and the medieval fortification Loughor Castle.
