Really very good. We had a dishwasher failure and how that was handled - including getting it replaced - was top drawer, in significant part down not just to your team but to the property owners also to whom credit should also go. We left some feedback in guest books at the property but neglected to mention the generous welcome 'pack' - very much appreciated and a nice touch.

Loved this house. It was really well equipped and so comfortable. Furnished to a high standard and with lots of space which was great for us as a family of 3 adults and a teen. It was super clean on arrival and had everything we could have needed. Its in a good location for visiting the North Norfolk region and the local pub is just a short walk away.
