A self-contained studio cottage near Llandeilo alongside the owner's home just south of Golden Grove, 4 miles SW Llandeilo and 12 miles east of Carmarthen.

The Studio is a well-equipped and comfortable self-contained annexe to the rear of the owners’ home, just south of Golden Grove, 4 miles south west of Llandeilo and 12 miles east of Carmarthen.  The property has private parking and entrance, and guests are invited to make use of the owners’ extensive, landscaped gardens with views towards the Black Mountain and the Brecon Beacons, one of three National Parks in Wales which is popular with walkers.

The Studio has a fitted kitchen with electric cooker (double oven and ceramic hob), fridge/freezer and washing machine, a fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath, and a very pleasant open-plan bed-sitting room with sofa, armchair, flatscreen TV, DVD player, folding dining table and chairs, a double bed and plenty of storage. There is an additional single bedroom (note that access to the bathroom is through the bed-sitting room). WiFi is available and there is oil-fired central heating throughout included.

Guests are welcome to use the owners’ 2 acre landscaped gardens, patio and gas barbecue by arrangement. There are also 52 acres of land including woodland and wild flower meadows to explore. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants within 5 miles at either Llanarthne or Llandeilo. There are country parks and gardens in the area, including Aberglasney Gardens and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales at Middleton. Local castles, golf, fishing, cycling and within easy reach of the coast. This is a great location for exploring the beautiful coastline in Pembrokeshire with its sandy beaches, and the history of Carmarthenshire including some of the oldest castles in the UK.
