The excellent location for the steam railway and the lovely vista down the estuary were spoilt for us by the fact that the wi-fi stopped working after two days, the TV didn't work at all, under cupboard lighting in kitchen area didn't work, bathroom floor floods every time you take a shower as shower screen leaks and the whole place would benefit from a thorough deep clean (e.g. peanuts and crisps from previous occupants visible under furniture). I would also hope that the system of extension leads in the bedrooms have been PAT tested.
