Surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Snowdonia National Park and the North Wales coastline, there are a number of attractions nearby, including wonderful Portmeirion, the Llyn Peninsula, Zip World in Llanberis and Blaenau Ffestiniog, Bounce Below also Blaenau Ffestiniog and Antur Stiniog’s downhill mountain bike centre at Llechwedd. Porthmadog is a charming little town in the heart of North Wales. It's a popular tourist destination, thanks to its many attractions, including the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway, and the Maritime Museum. Porthmadog is also a great place to enjoy the great outdoors, with plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area, along with its ample access to Snowdonia National Park.
