The rear garden is enclosed and an ideal place for the children to play whilst you relax with a few drinks after dining alfresco, and you may even hear the whistle of the Ffestiniog steam train. From the cottage, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways steam trains stop at the station just a few minutes’ walk away and access to the Llyn Coastal scenic path is only a five-minute walk. There is also a bus stop just 100 yards away, and along with the railway station, this is the ideal base for touring. Tour the wonderful mountains and villages of Snowdonia, and visit the many other local attractions and fascinating places of interest in this beautiful part of Wales, including the Portmeirion Village & Gardens, which are a lovely and picturesque fifteen-minute walk. The attractions are in abundance in this area; explore the pretty villages and beautiful countryside and the miles of sandy beaches, which are all easily accessible from the cottage.
