Nice little welcoming treats and toiletries. The cottage provided all that we needed. Owners were very helpful. Beautiful area for hiking. Loved the remnants of the mining industry and nature.

  • Florence

It had everything we needed and the owners had provided treats on our arrival which was very thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. It was an ideal base for exploring the area, which was stunning, and there was so much to see and do. It was perfect and we were very sad to leave. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our second stay. Will hopefully be back next year. Has everything you need and close to great walks and steam railway. Fire is very cosy and lovely treats from local places much appreciated. Dog was made welcome too.
