A wonderful six bedroom property with stunning views over Aberdaron bay. Sleeping up to 14 people Afallon is a perfect family holiday destination, walking distance to the beach and pub, large garden and games room available.

This large house is ideal for families or groups of people. There's plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing (2 living rooms, a sun lounge and games room plus outdoor seating area and a large enclosed garden) or to spend time together. Positioned above the village of Aberdaron the house has great sea views and it's a short walk down to the village and beach.

The ground floor has all the communal areas including the a living room with fireplace, play room, and sun lounge. The sun lounge has patio doors leading out to a large decked area with outdoor furniture. A well equipped kitchen, utility room, dining room and loo are also on this level plus a long room running the length of the house with large windows facing out to sea. Downstairs in the basement is the games room with pool table and seating area. High up windows allow plenty of light into the room.

The first and second floors have the 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom layouts are 1 double bedroom, 2 bedroom with 3 single beds in and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in.

Facilities include wifi, full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, DVD and garden furniture. Please note, linen and towels are not supplied at this property.  Half of all fuel usage (heating oil and electricity) is payable on meter reading basis during winter months Oct 1 - March 30.  This is a no smoking property.
