. The overall layout works well when 9 people are staying! The games room keeps the boys out of mischief, whilst the roomy, well equipped kitchen had enough space to accomodate us all around the table. Just a couple of suggestions- the bed in the front bedroom needs replacing, as it is very uncomfortable, and a washing machine would be very useful. The rough road leading to the property has a lot of deep potholes, which caused some damage to our cars. All this being said, we will return to Rumson house again!

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. Was a little worried after reading reviews regarding rubbish facilities, however, there were 9 of us for Christmas and we found it adequate and there was a recycling collection whilst we were there which was great. The Christmas tree being put up added an extra special touch to our holiday and was greatly appreciated. Overall the property had everything we needed and more and made our family Christmas all the more enjoyable. Thank you.
