An attractive, detached, seaside cottage situated in its own half acre grounds in the pretty coastal village of Cemaes Bay on the Isle of Anglesey. This cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to a high standard to provide cosy, welcoming accommodation suitable for small families or even for a romantic break on the coast. This all ground floor cottage has a comfortable sitting room with a woodburner and distant sea views, making a great place to relax after a full day out and about. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a conservatory with dining table and chairs, making a good place to enjoy those home-cooked meals. There are two bedrooms, both with pleasant views of the garden and the far-reaching countryside. To the outside is a large enclosed garden with patio and furniture; a great place for children to let off steam as well as enjoying some alfresco dining. The cottage is just 5 minutes' walk from the village centre with its selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and 10 minutes' walk from the lovely sandy beach which is good for young children due to the gently shelving incline and sandy shore. Cemaes Bay also has a host of activities to enjoy, from sailing and water sports, to birdwatching and seal spotting. The well-known Sea Zoo and a variety of National Trust properties and gardens are all within reach on this beautiful island. Further afield take a day trip to Snowdonia National Park, visit the spectacular Llyn Peninsula or travel across to Dublin from the nearby port at Holyhead. Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina and a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
