Location: In an excellent central position in the coastal, castle town of Beaumaris within walking distance of all town amenities and the beach. The town has several interesting attractions, including the last of  the castles Edward I built around Wales, which was never completely finished, but is still there today complete with moat. The Courthouse and Gaol are also well worth a visit. Anglesey offers both coastal and inland walking and cycling, the National Trust property and gardens at Plas Newydd and several child-friendly attractions as well as wonderful beaches. The mountains and lakes of Snowdonia are within an easy drive.

Accommodation: This delightful Grade II listed three storey town house  has four bedrooms, the master on the first floor has en-suite bathroom (bath only), three bedrooms on the top floor, with wet-room style family shower room. The spacious main lounge is also on the first floor allowing limited views to the Menai Straits.

On the ground floor there is a large hall (ideal for all the buckets and spades), cloakroom and WC, family dining room, large kitchen with Aga cooker (oven and hob also provided) and a conservatory breakfast room leading to a spacious private patio ideal for enjoying the evening sun.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, DVD player and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. Wi-Fi broadband is available. There is no off-road parking at this property, however weekly parking tickets are available for the nearby car park ( £12 in 2015).

This cottage has a £250 refundable accidental damage bond.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £25 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Sant Seiriol up to a value of £250.
