About this property

A wonderfully appointed, spacious late 18th century terraced cottage, in the heart of Llanfechell, on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. Situated opposite the friendly village pub and close to the Grade II listed church of St Mechells, this delightfully refurbished character cottage is accessed directly from the street into a stylish dining room with a cosy seating area and feature fireplace. A spacious sitting room with an electric woodburning-effect stove offers a further welcoming and comfy area to sit and relax with friends and family, perhaps as you plan your activities for the coming days of your holiday. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen with all you could need for your stay, whilst upstairs, the family bathroom is shared amongst the three bedrooms, a king-size double, a single and a twin, which also offers a zip/link facility, converting to a super king-size if required. Outside, to the rear is a fully enclosed, secure patio area, where bikes can be stored, and you can sit back and relax, keeping cosy in front of the chiminea should the evening get cooler. Nearby Cemaes Bay is ideal for rock pooling, exploring the superb clifftop paths and hidden coves, or simply enjoying the golden sandy beaches and sheltered cove, whilst watching the boats bobbing on the harbour. A stay at this cosy family cottage will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed, with lasting memories of your superb holiday.

Llanfechell is a small village situated 1.5 miles from Cemaes Bay, on the northern tip of Anglesey in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Llanfechell is home to a village pub, which serves traditional ales and a warm welcome. Nearby, the pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay is home to three pubs, a few shops, a natural harbour and a sandy Blue Flag beach, ideal for safe bathing and family fun. A great location with something for all the family.
