Or for days where you just feel like spending quiet time together, clear the cobwebs with a stroll along the rugged Ayrshire coast.

The chalets were disgusting. Stank of animals and was dirty. Got moved to caravan after a complaint. I'd avoid those chalets at all cost. It's very very run down.

There was an issue checking in, which left us with a lengthy wait in the car with an autistic 5 year old, this was super distressing but staff at reception were helpful, room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped though, but great holiday none the less

We were allocated an upper floor ‘apartment’ accessed via two flights of external stairs. Floor was filthy and kitchen unclean. Heavy fire doors that slam shut in every room, not child friendly as young kids were trapped each time they went into a room, not to mention constant risk of jammed fingers. Shoddy and dismal. No Wi-Fi available. No bedside lights, apparently they don’t supply such things. How do you read to your kids at bedtime with only the big overhead light? Would not recommend.
