    This beautiful ground floor apartment is centrally located in the bustling fishing port of Eyemouth. With the many facilities of this fishing town on the doorstep, and within easy reach of many of the area’s attractions, this is an ideally located property for couples or two friends looking to explore the delightful Scottish Borders. The flat is very well-appointed throughout and has been thoughtfully furnished by the owner to create a very comfortable home. You enter into a porch area where there is plenty of space to hang up your coats and this leads through into the comfortable sitting room with its sumptuous settee where you can curl up after a day of exploring, in front of the warming electric stove. The kitchen is very well-equipped for everything you need to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed together around the dining table. Also on the ground floor there is a pleasant super king-size double bedroom with the convenience of zip/link beds so that it can be made into a twin on request. The bedroom has character wooden shutters and there is plenty of storage space for your entire holiday wardrobe, plus there is a contemporary shower room. On sunny days you can step outside onto the enclosed patio area and enjoy dining alfresco. A short stroll will bring you into the centre of the small bustling coastal town of Eyemouth with its good selection of shops, cafes and bars, plus there’s a sandy beach. A short drive will take you to St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve with its myriad of seabirds, or take a boat trip and enjoy the wildlife and sea air. With golf, fishing and coastal walks on offer there really is something for everyone from this excellent property.

    Situated on the East Coast, just over the Scottish Border, and only eight miles north of Berwick-upon-Tweed, Eyemouth has been a bustling fishing port for centuries, and there are a number of local fishmongers still supplied from local fishing boats today. Narrow cobbled streets preserve the ancient character of this delightful coastal town, and there's a number of visitor attractions outlining the history of the area.

And, most important to us, it was dog friendly. Our dog had the most wonderful time, all the coastal walks and beach visits."
