    Mrs Hall
"Lovely cottage in a great location, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. There had been no freezer listed in the appliances, and on querying this with , had been specifically told that there was no freezer. We were therefore surprised (and delighted!) To find that we did in fact have a freezer. The listing needs to updated accordingly. The wood-burner was great in the cool evenings and we always felt warm and cosy. Will look forward to future stays there."
    Mrs Graham
"The property was very clean and warm with everything we required and more ,The welcome pack of chocolate cake ,flowers ,and milk were much appreciated very thoughtful The weather was great and local food at the glen hotel was excellent, just a pity we were there a week too early for the attractions to be open but still enjoyed the relaxing break Overall one of our best holiday cottages ,many thanks to the owners"
    Mrs Sams
"Cottage had everything that was needed to make our holiday comfortable and little finishing touches made it special like the fresh flowers and chocolate cake and the log burner made our evenings very cosy"
    Mrs Dorrington
"Wow what a find. Stunning cottage in a lovely location. Everything you could possibly need. Woodburner was lovely as was the cake that greeted us on arrival. Highly recommended"

"Spent a great week, in fantastic accommodation, in a lovely part of Scotland. Arrived to find a well maintained property with everything you could need for a week self catering which was topped off by a tasty chocolate cake, fresh flowers and even fresh milk, tea and coffee etc which was more than welcome after a long ( but well worth) drive. Had a minor issue in the middle of the week but the owner came around within half an hour and made sure all was OK. We'd definitely look to return to this gorgeous place."
"Arrived early evening, key easily picked up. Basics available in the larder, milk in the fridge and a lovely chocolate cake ready for consumption - thank you. We were travelling with one year old twins and Naomi kindly organised two travel cots and two high chairs, this was brilliant as it would have been a nightmare to take our own in the car with us. The cottage is very well appointed, with everything you could need including very good wifi. The wood burning stove was available, but fortunately it was warm enough not to require it. An excellent stay."

"Just spent a week at this cottage, everything anyone else has said about this delightful cottage I completely agree with and more. It is clean, comfy, warm exceptionally well equipped, excellent value for money, wish we had stayed for two weeks instead of the one, The second cottage we moved to, in another area of scotland, is leaving us a lot to be desired !!! the owners would definitely benefit with a chat from the owner of Vetlanda. Will definitely recommend to family and friends"
    Mr J Tollitt, Wigan,
"We were really pleased with everything regarding the property and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone. I have no doubt that we will be re-booking it in the future. Thank you very much."
    Mrs Heather Arnold, Bourne, Lincolnshire
"Vetlanda was lovely, nicer than the pictures. It was lovely and warm ,and with logs supplied it was not a problem obtaining wood for the fire. Very clean and tidy with everything needed supplied. The position is very good for a holiday in the winter months being close to the A9 and rail connections. We would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and would love to visit again ."

"This cottage was beautifully finished, light and bright, well equipped and very comfortable. The decor was fresh and stylish, just perfect for coming back to after a long day hiking in the hills. We'll be sure to return!"
    Mrs Bonny Millar, Newmarket, Suffolk
"Spacious, fresh scandi style décor, making it an easy and comfortable place to rest in. Warm on a winter's evening and doggy friendly. Great location for exploring all areas of the Cairngorms. A very warm welcome."
    Mrs Windmill
"The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable, it worked perfectly for us as a family. The location was excellent and we will hopefully be back soon."
"Vetlanda is a really lovely holiday home in the beautiful village of Newtonmore. The kitchen and dining area are modern and open-plan and there is a cosy snug area with an open fire and couches. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms and a lovely modern bathroom. The house looks out onto old Scots pine trees on every side and has a quite patio area adjoining the living room. It's not far at all from the train station and within walking distance of the village. Perfect for a visit to the Highlands!"
"We enjoyed a fabulous week at Vetlanda which an attractive and well presented cottage, perfectly clean and well equipped. We especially liked the woodburning stove which was a lovely treat (even in June). Newtonmore is a good base for exploring the Cairngorms and is a good starting point for many lovely walks itself."
    Mrs Catherine Gadsby, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire,
"Really really happy with this property - best holiday ever!"
    Miss Marie Smith, Birmingham,
"Beautiful cottage! Not our first time visiting and certainly won't be our last! Great location and close to amenities, local attractions and most of all the beautiful scenery and brilliant walks! Vetlanda is an amazing cottage and we would definitely recommend to all we know and many more!"
"Lovely open plan downstairs, with excellent decor. Lovely to keep involved with family and friends over for Christmas Day. The log burner was fabulous, and warm....nights in ...perfect...bedrooms good size, and comfy beds. Very clean, and plenty, bedding and towels. Soups are locally sourced and divine ! The owner was on hand and very helpful and very friendly. Her chocolate cake welcome was delicious... This would be excellent for older family, or two couples. Plenty space. Good wifi,. We loved our stay x"
    Mrs Maureen Jarvis, Banchory, Aberdeenshire
"The cottage was lovely & the owner added their personal touches for Christmas. It was very well equipped & clean and the wood burner was toasty. In a great location."
Mr Edward Wallace, Newcastle upon Tyne,
"All of the holiday guests prior to us have written about how good this cottage is and they were all correct. Upon walking into the cottage our first experience was one of warmth and light, the whole cottage is spacious and comfortable. The wood burning stove is absolutely wonderful, especially at this time of year. After a day out running, hill walking or cycling it was great just sitting in the evening watching the flames. Lots of thought has gone into this cottage and the owner has kept up with the good work. Good to have a vehicle but this cottage has easy access from the rail and bus routes. There is a large Co-op in the village and there is lots to do locally. We will most definitely return and look forward to that day."
    Ms Rachel Smith, Maidstone, Kent
"Very comfortable and very well furnished. Clear and friendly communication from the owner before and on arrival and she popped in once during our stay to check all was well. "
Mr Stuart Davis, Birmingham, West Midlands
"Vetlanda proved to be a fantastic choice. I would recommend and return without hesitation. Perfect location for all sorts of activities. The utility room great for walking gear when coming off the hill before entering the beautifully warm dining room. Have nothing but positives for this cottage and the welcome from the owner. "
Miss Sally Turgoose, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
"Vetlanda was lovely. It was modern and clean but also had a cosy feel and we felt very welcomed by the owner. We had everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location with lots to do nearby and also walking distance into the village for the supermarket and pubs/restaurants."
Mrs Rhona Mckee, South Queensferry, Midlothian
"Nice location. Facilities provided were as described and very good. The property was extremely well maintained. Cosy, clean and very comfortable."
    Mrs Susan Jolly, Blackpool, Lancs
"Property was bright, airy and spacious. It was very well equipped, comfortable and well thought out, great for an active family. The location was excellent, in a friendly village in a spectacular part of Scotland. There were numerous attractions/activities within just a short drive or even a short walk. A holiday in this area can be as laid back or active as you wish it to be. Great for kids and adults alike. Stunning mountain scenery everywhere you go!"
