"The Lodge was tired and needed an upgrade inside. The toilet smelt of stale urine though everywhere else seemed clean. That said it had everything you needed and the towels were lovely and fluffy. We just felt ripped off with the price. Had it been cheaper we would have been more accepting of the tired interior. We were lucky to have direct access outside through a gate on the balcony which was great. The other lodges did not have this access which would have been very constricting having to go round the lodge and to the front door every time you wanted in or out.So mixed feelings about the place."

"The lodge could do with some TLC the springs were gone in the couch and the bed weren't that comfortable"

"Pro:1. The location of the park and accomodation was awesome. Highly recommemded. 2. The staff is friendly and helped us with simple but basic things like salt, sugar and milk, which I always forget. 3. Rooms are decent sized for the lodge. 4. Rooms were clean and tidy. Cons:1.The lodge needs some love and lot of rennovation. 2. Kitchen needs some more white goods and thinkings. For example,no one takes mittens for oven for their holiday, so its always good to have them in the lodge. 3. Shower in the toilet was not working properly, no flow or pressure at all. 4. Would be good to have a proper path between parking and the lodge so that you dont end up with muddy shoes from the green. Advice:Make sure you take some food as the nearest supermarket is half and hour drive at Fort Williams.Dont forget the camera."

"A beautiful part of Scotland, but lodges need a revamp. Not particularly clean & facilities basic. Electricity metered,so was concious of this."

"Relaxing surroundings. Lodges in need of upgrade. Swimming pool small.changing facilities really out dated"
