As you walk around there are many unique stores to get gifts or buy any last minute items for outdoor activities; enjoy your lunch at the River Café, food for all members of the family before heading out to Langwell Forest for an afternoon walk.

Helmsdale is a coastal village on the east coast of Sutherland and has a rich history from the Viking era who first settled in the village.
