Relax with a cold beverage whilst the sun shines down on the coastal town within the summer evenings, reminiscing over the events of the trip. Surrounding windows within the lounge area will give you the rising daylight whilst eating your breakfast on the dining table to fuel up for the day, with the gas fire on-hand for the cooler nights. The kitchen across the hall is equipped with an additional dining table for any alfresco dining party you may wish to have on your trip away. Two bathrooms will help with the morning rush or relax in the evening with a hot soak whilst the a double or king size beds are on-hand to get your rest after an action-packed day. The location benefits of this property are never-ending with it being on the North Coast 500, an awesome route that includes some of Scotland's finest scenery, while Hemsdale has plenty of attractions only a few minutes from the property. Enjoy watching the boats leave the harbour onto the Scottish waters or discover the history of the village and search for the gold once discovered within the town by Robert Gilchrist. As you walk around there are many unique stores to get gifts or buy any last minute items for outdoor activities; enjoy your lunch at the River Café, food for all members of the family before heading out to Langwell Forest for an afternoon walk.

Helmsdale is a coastal village on the east coast of Sutherland and has a rich history from the Viking era who first settled in the village. Invest your days into learning about the history of the village with the nearby castles of Dunrobin and Mey. The beaches have picturesque views of the ocean, enjoy some fishing close byon the Helmsdale River.
