    Balnacruie is a detached cottage in an elevated position, situated three miles from the village of Boat of Garten and four miles from the town of Grantown-on-Spey in the Cairngorms National Park. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with furniture. Balnacruie is an excellent base for walking, birdwatching, whisky trails and more.
    All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and electric fire.
    The town of Grantown-on-Spey offers a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, along with easy access to fishing, golfing, walking in the surrounding hills and woodland, birdwatching and Castle and Whisky trails.
    From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Patio area to side with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles.
