The stunning main bedroom can be set up as a king or twin and has an en-suite shower room with a wonderful waterfall shower. The second double bedroom does not disappoint either, with its crisp white linens, flat screen TV and the spacious main family bathroom is just next door.  The character of the original house which is Grade C listed building has been retained and use of space optimised while taking on a quirky, modern twist. The care and attention to detail taken in the preparation of the apartment will provide fond memories of a unique property fitted out with specially selected furnishings and art works of local artists and craftworkers.

Centrally located and with easy access to all the town's facilities but only minutes from the peaceful woods and by ways of the local area. Dalbeattie Woods are family favourite with walks and mountain bike routes forming are part of the Forestry Commissions 7Stanes Trails, the other trails at Mabie and Ae Forests are also easily accessible from Dalbeattie.  The Solway coast is wonderful to explore with craggy cliff walks and excellent beaches such as the popular beach at Sandyhills. The popular seaside villages of Kippford and Rockcliffe also provide easy access to the Solway Coast walks and also water sport facilities.   The area is a mecca for those looking for outdoor pursuits with numerous golf courses including an eighteen hole links championship course at Southerness and local riding stables offer hacks and schooling.   With the Solway Coast, rivers and lochs in the area there are plentiful opportunities for fishing.
