What a lovely place to stay. Very relaxing with a home feel. Nice base to start from. Make sure you feed the birds, there's plenty to see.

The cottage is located in a quiet but not isolated village with gorgeous views of the Kippford estuary. The sunsets can be spectacular. There is everything in the well maintained cottage that you could reasonably need for a relaxing/busy holiday including food for the many birds that visit the garden. Have already booked for next year.

The location was really good, the view across the bay.The cottage was comfortable and well supplied.,just a couple of things we left a note about, single mattress in downstairs room needed replacing,it had just been turned over, cereal bowls chipped. We loved the area an easy access to walks.
