Cove Cottage ensures peace and tranquillity with its superb views overlooking Loch Caolisport and is situated about a mile into the hills above Ellary Estate.    The cottage offers comfortable family accommodation and is ideal for those who like walking and enjoying the countryside.   If you enjoy water sports as well then you can bring your boat and leave it in the harbour.   There is direct access to the Farm walks and all of the other walking areas starting from the Cottage.  

Ellary is close to both the Kintyre Trail down the Kintyre Peninsula and also the Argyll Coast trail so there is almost too much choice of activates and highlights to try to fit into a week's holiday. Inverary Jail and Castle are only a 45 minute drive (you will have passed the town on the way to Ellary) and you may get the chance to see the Vital Spark on the dockside.

Ellary Estate is a wildlife haven with the chance to see fox, badger, otter, roe, sika and red squirrel in the oak woods and on the loch shores. Higher up the hills you will be unlucky if you are not able to watch the herds of grazing majestic red deer.

 

The area is one of outstanding unspoilt natural beauty and Ellary provides the perfect location for a quiet get away from it all peaceful holiday. The choice is yours whether you want a quiet unwind or to sample the wealth of outdoor pursuits on the door step to suitable abilities; the Estate has slipway facilities for small boats and the sailing is excellent   Exploring the west coast is also possible with Oban about an hour or so by car to the north.

Accommodation is for 4 all on one floor; Open plan sitting room/kitchen; Bathroom with bath, wash basin & WC; Utility room; Sun porch; Double bedroom with ensuite shower room; Twin bedroom.

Extras:  £20 charge per dog/week.  Wifi charge £15 per device/week.  Heating and Electricity are not included and are payable by meter reading on departure. Coal can be provided at £8.75/25KG, Fishing permits also available at £20/rod per week. Overseas visitors £5.00 per person per week for linen if required.UK Visitors Linen & Towels are NOT provided.
