    Mr Harris ‐ 1 Jun 2018
"As usual the place met all expectations despite new ownership and more modern decor and furnishings. We always feel comfortable and relaxed when there and would recommend it to anyone."
    Mrs Winter ‐ 1 Jun 2018
" This was situated in a beautiful hamlet just off the A90 so easy to access to different places. The cottage was very spacious & comfortable & had every appliance you need. I would highly recommend this cottage for a group of friends or family. No suitable for families with young children due to the steps in the tiered garden. "

"Beautiful house, fabulous views and setting. Well maintained house with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back."
    - Mrs Collier, October 2016
"Beautiful large well maintained cottage in the most scenic surroundings. Lots of places to visit within a 20 mile radius, highly recommend Glamis Castle."
    - Miss Nichols, October 2016
"It was a beautiful property in a lovely location - bit too far away from any local pub or shop but it was fine despite that. The directions and the key instructions were all spot on and the house itself was just perfect. It's hard to find a place to keep 8 people happy entertained and comfy on a budget but this exceeded all our expectations. Would love to go back. We even got gorgeous Autumn sunshine too. Thanks "

"An amazing house and garden in a quiet village. The house was beautifully clean and well equipped from baking dishes to endless DVDs you can tell the owners love this property and have all the comforts possible and are happy for you to use them. We would love to stay here again."
    - Mrs Sturrock, December 2016
"One of the most welcoming, warm and inviting properties we have stayed at. Fully equipped, just like home"
    - STEVEUK1, January 2017
"Stayed here for 5 nights over New Year 2016. The house is big, warm, quiet, beautifully decorated and equipped and has everything you could ever need. We loved it (4 adults 3 kids) and I'd like to get back one day to fish the river in the garden. Feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions."
    - Ms Donaldson, March 2017
"Excellent house with beautiful gardens. Very well equipped with a comfy beds. Beautiful interior décor and lovely views from the house over the river. We saw otters in the river which was a bonus."
    - Mrs Triggs, April 2017
"Absolutely beautiful cottage, everything there that you needed and only a short drive through to Kirriemuir town for shops x we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again in the future"
    - Mrs Henry, May 2017
"Had a great time in a lovely property in a beautiful location. Would recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxed, get away from it all holiday."
    Mr Robert Wagstaffe, Witney, Oxfordshire
"This property was a real pleasure to be in, it was pure luxury. From start to finish. You felt that you were really the Lord of the Manor. When you sat out in the back garden watching the river flow by and the Brown Trout jumping for the flies, it was most relaxing. If you wanted to fish from the garden all of the required equipment was available within the cottage."
    Mrs Samantha Burnett, Twickenham,
"We had tremendous weather which allowed us to enjoy fully the special garden but even if that had not been the case, the accommodation is truly special. A wonderful and spacious property very tastefully decorated with everything thought of. We can highly recommend and will hopefully be returning."
    Mrs Angela Bruce, Aberdeen,
"The property was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was a home away from home so everyone felt very welcome, comfortable and cosy despite the bad weather. The owners were easily contactable and had provided a nice welcome. Everything we could have hoped for was catered for in terms of the cooking appliances, bathrooms, seating, entertainment (computers & games, large collection of DVDs and board games) and proximity to the glens and local towns. Great size for the 8 adults, 2 babies and toddler. Have already recommended it to others and will most likely book more time there."
Mr Robert Coull, Sanquhar, Dumfries and Galloway
"The property was a very comfortable retreat. It was a character building but with all modern conveniences. The cottage was within a rural setting but close to larger towns. We found it excellent value for money."
    Mrs Pauline Green, Windermere, Cumbria
"Mill of Tannadice is excellent in every way! The cottage is decorated to a high standard and is in a lovely peaceful location with the river running past. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable, would highly recommend to everybody! We cannot wait to go back, a gem of a place."
    Markus Leukhardt, Eberswalde,
"A wonderful historic house with a very homely atmosphere and everything you need for a fantastic holiday."
    Mr Tom Stein, Krefeld,
"A beautiful house, perfectly equipped and we can't wait to return!"
"A superb location - the quiet and peaceful riverside situation meant there was always lots of interesting wildlife to see from house. It was within easy reach of places to visit, for example; castles, historic ships, the coast and the Glens for walking. The house itself had everything and more needed for a comfy stay whatever the weather."
Mrs Sharon Leitch, Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire
""We particularly liked the setting of the house. Everything was spot on, it was a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable.""
    Mr Richard Banks, Kirkliston, Midlothian
"The standard of the cottage was very good. This along with the lovely location made it a great break for my family."
    Mrs Susan Brockett, Darlington, Durham
"It's a lovely house in a lovely situation, and a very interesting property - quite unique. It was perfect for our party of 8."

    Mr Daniel Green, Larbert, Falkirk
"Beautiful house in a super location. The river at the foot of the garden was a great bonus. Ideal centre for walking, fishing and visiting the old towns that surround. Can't wait to return."
