3 Pheasant Lane offers a tranquil retreat with stunning views and a variety of amenities including a hot tub and sauna. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, high-quality furnishings, and the attentive property manager, Lyndsay. While some guests encountered maintenance issues and cleanliness oversights, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found the property clean and well-presented, though there were a few instances of cleanliness concerns such as finding personal items from previous guests and uncleaned areas. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a common trend.

The property's location is highly praised for its peacefulness, proximity to nature, and beautiful views. It is ideal for walkers and those seeking a quiet getaway. The only drawback mentioned is the bumpy access road, but this does not detract significantly from the overall positive reception of the location.

Guests consistently mention the comfort of the beds and the cosy atmosphere of the cottage. However, some guests noted that the lounge seating was insufficient for larger groups and that certain sleeping arrangements were not ideal for all guests.

The property boasts a range of facilities including a hot tub, sauna, and well-equipped kitchen. While these are generally well-received, some guests reported maintenance issues such as blown bulbs, alarm problems, and difficulties with the hot tub heating. These issues suggest room for improvement in the maintenance of the facilities.

The property manager's thoughtfulness is frequently commended, with mentions of a warm welcome, a helpful attitude, and a welcome hamper. It is important to note that while gifts and hampers are appreciated by guests, they are a kind gesture and not a guaranteed amenity for every stay.

Lovely walks from the door, as well as a drive away. The kitchen was very well equipped and the hut tub was a wonderful addition. Loved our time

Very small social space for 8 people, so it perhaps isn't suitable for that, and also small tub for 8. But was fine, and overall only minor issues during a fun and easy weekend :)
