"Great place clean good location nicely decorated. The directions are not the best it needs to say the apartment is on the right before passing Hudson on the right. It says passing Hudson on the right. The locks on the doors need replacing too. Little things though it was a great place and trip would go again."

"Apartment was good - all amenities. Bath with hand shower only. Directions the building were slightly wrong. The name of the building would have helped. The key box was difficult to see in the dark even thought the directions to it were accurate. apartment very cold when we went in. Heated up quickly when turned the boiler from timing to on."

"we found the stairs to much for us as we are in our 70s. other than that every thing ok."

"We enjoyed Mackenzie Apartment. It is in a good location for accessing restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils and basic necessities. It was very nice to have a container of milk in the fridge and a package of cookies waiting for us. I do have a few recommendations though. The bathtub was very luxurious, but we could not avoid spraying water around a bit while bathing. Possibly providing a moveable shower curtain would help. Also, the wooden blinds were broken, which significantly reduced our privacy. We were able to cover them with a blanket for the short term. We notified the property management team when we checked out, and they were aware of the broken blinds, and were in the process of getting them repaired. The flat is on the 2nd floor, which makes carrying up luggage a bit challenging and there isn't any parking provided. We had to park at the nearest carpark at an additional 9 pounds per day. Also, the lounge/kitchen area was a bit overcrowded with unnecessary antique furniture and too many bar stools for such a compact area."

"Absolutely perfect apartment in every way"

"Note that you have two flights of serious stairs to climb to the flat.Parking - you can only park park close by if you have a (free) parking disk. Later in the week we got one and left it in the flat. One set of keys was obviously inadequate for three adults so we got another set cut. Also left in the flat.Buses - we left in the flat timetables for all local routes, especially those for walking the coastpath."

"Great apartment with almost everything you need.Would have liked to have had an Iron and a Hair Dryer.Comfortable beds and nice layout.Very quiet being on 2nd floor.Would highly recommend."

"Great place, close to everything, clean. Lots of added extras, games and DVDs and toys for children. The only negative point is that there was no freezer but other than that would highly recommend."

"The apartment was gorgeous however we chose a dog friendly apartment for a reason . This is not a dog friendly apartment! No where in your literature did it say the apartment was accessible via tight and windy staircases no less than 36 stairs !! The apartment was carpeted not suitable for dogs either. We would only come back without a dog ! Disappointing and only suitable for tiny/small dogs ."
