It is a charming traditional cottage with wooden floorboards, open fire and an enclosed garden. There are beautiful views from the garden, lounge and both bedrooms. It is an ideal country retreat for families with children.

Lounge/Diner: Flat screen TV with DVD, iPod/MP3 docking station, table and chairs, open coal fireplace, stairs to the first floor.

Bedroom 2: Full size bunk beds and hanging rail.

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

Glaisdale

Glaisdale is a pretty village located between the villages of Lealholm and Egton Bridge and only eight miles from Whitby. It lies on the national hiking trail the Esk Valley walk. In the 19th Century Glaisdale was an ironstone-mining village recognised by its terraces of slate roof houses. Set at the foot of the dale, in beautiful surroundings,  it has great local amenities with a host of shops, pubs and cafes.
