Bee Garth is a highly praised cottage, consistently described as clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Its location is ideal for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors and coast, with convenient access to local pubs and a train station. Guests appreciate the peaceful setting, the attentive details provided by the hosts, and the well-equipped facilities, despite the absence of Wi-Fi and limited mobile signal.
Guests unanimously commend the cottage for its spotless condition, with several reviews highlighting its immaculate cleanliness. The property is consistently described as well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is highly appreciated for its proximity to local amenities, such as pubs and the train station, and for being an excellent base for exploring the surrounding moors and coast. The serene setting and beautiful views are frequently mentioned, although the limited mobile signal is noted.
Comfort is a standout feature, with guests finding the cottage cosy and the bed very comfortable. The property is described as warm and inviting, with a relaxing garden and thoughtful interior touches that contribute to a restful experience.
Facilities are generally praised for being well-equipped and maintained, with a special mention of the kitchen's amenities. However, the absence of Wi-Fi and a hairdryer, and the limited phone signal are noted drawbacks. The presence of a train station at the garden's end is seen as a unique and positive feature.
The hosts' thoughtfulness is frequently acknowledged through personal touches and welcoming gifts such as sweets and shortbreads. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are a kind bonus and not a guaranteed amenity for every stay.

A wonderful cottage, so warm and cosy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The view from the windows to the moors was great. We enjoyed watching the birds in the garden - have never seen so many Blackbirds eating the apples. There are lots of lovely places to visit, a ride on the train to Whitby is a must. A special thankyou to Alan the owner for helping us drive up the icy patch at the end of the lane! Thoroughly recommend Bee Garth.
