Pegasus Cottage is situated in the centre of the town of Whitby in one of its famous yards close to restaurants, pubs, shops and the beach. The town has a bustling harbour where fishing boats land their catch in the early morning and the ruins of a lovely Abbey approached by almost two hundred steps. Whitby also has fairs and festivals all the year including the Whitby Goth Festival and Whitby Folk Week.

We spent a lovely week here, with access to everything with its central location in the old eastern part of town. The cleanliness of the property was excellent given the conditions of covid. A nice location with somewhere to sit outside and chill out in private. A big thank you to Diane for the welcome gifts and it was lovely to meet you on our arrival. We will certainly consider returning here.
