The divine sitting room comes on the next floor, it provides plenty of seating for 12 people with a stunning marble fireplace and a reading corner. Just off of the lounge is one of the 6 immaculate bedrooms, they are all wonderfully furnished, 5 of them have sumptuous en-suite facilities. The bedroom on the top floor makes up for not having an en-suite by nestling underneath the sloping ceiling in a cosy fashion, accompanied with the most incredible views of Whitby town, the harbour, the sea and the distant countryside. The excellent kitchen boasts patio doors leading to a lovely decking area, perfect for enjoying some drinks or even alfresco dining in the sun together. Whitby is a great seaside town, ideal for a family holiday with its great range of amenities and has something to do for everybody. Nearby there is the North York Moors National Park which is fantastic for walking and cycling along with some incredible views. The coastal resorts of Scarborough and Pickering are within driving distance and are certainly worth a visit. One Mulgrave Place is a beautiful property in a great seaside location.

The fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
