This charming barn conversion has beautiful open sea and coast views down towards Cleveland Way. Boulby Grange Cottage has been completely refurbished and is a lovely choice for a romantic break away from it all. As a barn conversion, it has lots of character and a slightly quirky layout with low sloping ceilings in the bedroom. The cottage is part of Boulby Grange, and has a small patio with outdoor seating. The picture postcard fishing village of Staithes is only five minute drive or thirty minute walk along Cleveland Way.

Lounge: Sofa, two armchairs and a woodburning stove. Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and DVD player. Stairs to the first floor.
Kitchen/Diner: Fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table and chairs. Retro DAB radio with Bluetooth.
Shower Room: Spacious walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, washbasin, toilet.
Private Utility Room: Washing machine, hooks for coats and boot storage.

Bedroom 1: In the eaves, with low sloping ceilings. Double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging space. Sitting area, open stonework.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome.

Garden/Patio: Private small front garden with outside seating with fire pit/barbecue. Shared courtyard area. Tennis court/table tennis available from March to October.

Notes: Towels are provided. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking permitted at this property. Mobile phone signal is variable. Because of steep and narrow stairs to the first floor, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Owner lives on site.

We had a super stay at Farmhouse Cottage, it had everything we could have wished. It is a real home from home. The location is has amazing views. Simply put we loved it. Caroline is so welcoming we can't praise her enough.
