It has been renovated to a high standard, providing all modern comforts, yet retaining many original features and traditional character. The property has an enclosed patio with outside seating, BBQ, and storage for sporting equipment. It is situated on the edge of the Old Town, close to the town centre and all amenities. The historic Scarborough Castle, St. Mary's Church, the Harbour and South Bay, are only a short walk from the property. Scarborough has much to offer; boasting some of the country's cleanest and most beautiful award-winning beaches. Dalby Forest, the Yorkshire Wolds and The North York Moors National Park are just an easy drive away.

Entrance: Into a porch.

Lounge/Dining Room: TV with Freeview and DVD, electric fire, dining table and chairs, door to the kitchen, stairs to the upper floors.

Kitchen: Up one step. Fridge, freezer, electric cooker with oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar, door to the Utility/Cloakroom.

Utility/Cloakroom:  Toilet, washing machine.

first floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers, dressing table, en-suite.

Bathroom/En-suite 1: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, en-suite.

En-suite 2: Shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3: Two full size single beds, two fitted wardrobes, two fitted chests of drawers.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome.

Parking: Scratch cards for on-street parking on a first come first served basis are provided.

Garden/Patio: Private enclosed decked patio with outside seating, BBQ and storage for sporting equipment.

Heating: Gas central heating, electric fire in the lounge.

Short breaks: Accepted anytime.

Notes: Towels are provided. WiFi. Cot available, surfboard hire £50 per person.

Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.

There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, with its beautiful sandy beaches but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront. The famous Stephen Joseph Theatre often previews new works by Alan Aykbourne as well as hosting national touring productions. Many holidaymakers visit Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre and the Sea-Life Centre.
