Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in the lounge (TV fireplace kitchen unit next to aga ) the bathrooms were clean however Also only 1 duvet cover not 2 & only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for a week also no laundry powder for washer ( which had black mould inside ) I cleaned all this myself Another disappointment was the fact that the vacuum cleaner was 1/2 full of dirt from previous occupant & some had split on staircarpet Sorry to complain we still like the flat & would like to return but the cleaning standards need improving
