This apartment is situated on the first floor of an impressive sea front Victorian house on The Parade in Sandsend. It is completely self-contained and has fabulous views of the sea which can be enjoyed from the window seats in the lounge. Sandsend has a large sandy beach which is three miles long and stretches all the way to Whitby. The general store is a few metres away and several country inns are within walking distance. Sandsend is on The Cleveland Way footpath, near to a golf course and has sea angling.

Bedroom: Double bed, dressing table and washbasin. There are three steps which lead up to this room. Also, en suite shower room and back door leading to communal patio.

Pets: Two dogs welcome.
Parking: On-street parking on a first come first served basis.
Heating: Electric fire in lounge and with electric radiators in each room.
Patio: Communal patio with planted area and garden furniture.
